How to measure
Foot length
Stand on a sheet of paper against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and your heel, then measure the distance in centimetres.
Chest / bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and slightly loose.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest point, usually just above the navel.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape level.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam to the hem of a pair of trousers that fit you well.
Body measurements describe you; garment measurements describe the piece. A garment may be cut larger or smaller than your body measurements by design. Where a product lists a fit note, follow that guidance.

Conversions shown are approximate. Brand-specific sizing overrides the general guide where verified. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger size for outerwear and the smaller size for knitwear.
